Cleaning Service Terms: Client must provide water, electricity, access. Property must be vacated/tidy for deep/end of tenancy cleans. We use eco products but can use client's products on request. Carpet cleaning results vary - heavily stained/worn carpets may not return to new, stain removal not guaranteed 100%. Pet odour treatment reduces but may need repeat for severe cases. End of tenancy cleaning meets landlord checklist but deposit return not guaranteed - depends on property condition beyond cleaning.

Booking & Cancellation: Quote valid 7 days. Cancellation requires 24h notice via phone/WhatsApp or full fee may be charged. If we cannot access property, fee may apply.

Payment: On completion - cash or bank transfer. Domestic hourly minimum 2 hours. Fixed price for deep/carpets/tenancy as quoted.
